Three workshops will be led by our Author-In-Residence Jules Stone. We’ll use a variety of writing activities to explore how we can:
Use writing to help us understand and manage our emotions
Clarify our personal goals and what gets in the way
Identify small day-today steps we can take to improve our well-being
Most exercises will be completed individually and there is no need to share your writing with the group. You don’t need experience in creative writing as this is a chance to learn and experiment in a positive and safe environment, where all are welcome.
