Dance, bond and move together in this uplifting class for parents and caregivers with babies in slings. Enjoy gentle movement, soothing rhythms and joyful connection that support your wellbeing and your baby’s development. The calming rocking motions promote bonding and emotional regulation, while the movement and music help strengthen your baby’s sensory processing, spatial awareness and early cognitive skills. For you, staying active can boost energy, aid relaxation and support mental health.
No dance experience needed, just come as you are and enjoy the time to move and then socialise with other new parents in our family friendly café afterwards.
Babies from 8 weeks onwards are welcome, we ask that you have had your 6-8 week GP check-up before joining.
DanceEast is fully accessible, breastfeeding-friendly and equipped with space for buggies in our foyer, cosy seating and a dedicated kid’s corner in the café.
