If you haven’t tried it before, come and give it a go!
Yoga is a form of exercise which is non-competitive, it is designed to develop a feeling of total well-being.
This session is for men and women and is aimed particularly at people new to yoga.
Please bring your own yoga mat. These classes can be completed sitting in a chair.
Pre-booking is required for these classes. (Minimum 48 hours notice is required for cancellations).
